TRAVERSE CITY — Matt Corrado had a huge night at the plate, leading Traverse City Central to a dominating 15-0 and 18-0 baseball sweep of Manistee.

Corrado had three hits and two RBIs in the 15-0 opener and tacked on four more hits — including three doubles — and four RBIs in the 18-0 nightcap.

Thomas Pettinato picked up the opener win, tossing four innings of two-hit ball and striking out a pair. Kody Galla added two hits and Marty Foley had two hits and two RBIs.

Riley Sullivan earned the win in the second contest, tossing one scoreless inning.

Galla added two more hits and two RBIs, Ben McCrary pitched in three hits and two RBIs and Luke Klug added a pair of hits and three RBIs.

The Trojans (5-3) play in Saturday's Saginaw Heritage tournament.
