* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...even after air temperatures rise above
freezing late tonight/Tuesday morning...rain could still freeze
