Grand Traverse Bay south of a line Grand Traverse Light to
Norwood MI and Seul Choix Point to 5NM West of Mackinac Bridge.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
