Registration held for organ donors

TRAVERSE CITY — Munson Medical Center will hold an organ donor registration drive as part of Gift of Life Michigan's campaign to add 1 million donors to the registry this year.

Munson staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday to register donors and answer questions. The drive will be held in dining room 2 off Munson's cafeteria, 1105 Sixth St.

For those unable to attend the drive, registration is possible by calling Gift of Life Michigan, (800) 482-4881, by visiting a Secretary of State branch office or by going to www.giftoflifemichigan.org.

Eat at G's Pizzeria, help Third Level

TRAVERSE CITY — G's Pizzeria and Deli will dedicate a night to Third Level Crisis Intervention Center's Transitional Living Program, which provides apartments where youth coming out of foster care or homelessness can live while they learn skills to live independently.

From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, G's will give Third Level 10 percent of total dining room sales and all tips. Transitional Living youth will be on hand to serve patrons.

G's Pizzeria is located at 1500 U.S. 31 North.

Munson Urgent Care sets hours

TRAVERSE CITY — Munson Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic will offer holiday hours for Christmas and New Year's.

Urgent Care is located at Munson Community Health Center, 550 Munson Ave.

It is staffed with qualified professionals, including board-certified physicians. On-site X-ray and limited lab facilities also are available.

Holiday hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Christmas Eve; from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Day; and from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. New Year's Eve.
