---- — MANCELONA — A Mancelona man is the first person in Antrim County to face charges under Michigan’s new strangulation law.
Cody Lee Hamilton, 23, was arraigned last week in 86th District Court on charges of felony assault by strangulation and interfering with electronic communications.
