Woman accused of drunken driving, child endangerment

INTERLOCHEN — Grand Traverse County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Kingsley woman on accusations she drunkenly drove a car with three children inside.

Dispatchers on Tuesday received a call about a potential drunken driver on M-113 in Mayfield Township. A deputy tracked down the vehicle and arrested the driver, 37, on suspicion of drunken driving on a high blood-alcohol content.

Prosecutors plan to authorize three charges of child endangerment for the three children passengers.
