TRAVERSE CITY — Shannon Wilson and Kendall Robinson, both of Traverse City, were united in marriage on June 15, 2013, at The Hagerty Center. Tom Mansfield officiated at the 5 p.m. nuptials.
Shannon chose her sister, Amber Wilson of Traverse City, as her maid of honor. Her friends, Sara (Tate) Pixley of Traverse City, and Colleen (McDonough) Brasacchio of Pittsburgh, attended her as matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were Jenny (Sauer) Holladay of Richmond, Va., Kylee (Lynch) Bonne and Kinsley (Robinson) Brann, both of Traverse City, Kristen (Macfarlane) Lachtman of Grand Rapids, and Katie (DelMedico) Robinson of Akron, Ohio. Flynn Dupuie of Frankenmuth and Karson Brann of Rochester, Mich., were the flower girls.
Kalen Robinson of Traverse City served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Kyle Dettloff of Milford, Mich., Mike Brann of Farmington Hills, Ben Nemode of Traverse City, Josh Sklar of West Bloomfield, Matt Cleary of Birmingham, Mich., and Martin Duso of Grand Blanc. Maxwell Brann of Rochester, Mich., was the ring bearer.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds greeted guests at a reception hosted at the wedding site. Shannon and Kendall honeymooned in August 2013 for two weeks in the south of France and Italy. They are living in Chicago.
Shannon is the daughter of Chet and Rena Wilson of Traverse City. She graduated from Traverse City West Senior High School and received a degree in communications and marketing from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Shannon is a strategic account manager at LivingSocial in Chicago.
Kendall is the son of Bob and Judy Robinson of Traverse City. Also a graduate of West Senior High School, Kendall received a degree in sales and business marketing from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo. He is employed in home financing at Wells Fargo in Chicago.
