Anyone who has been involved in or witnessed an incident involving a non-motorized vehicle now can report details of the incident, even if there were no injuries and no police report, at http://traversetrails.org or http://www.cherrycapitalcyclingclub.org.

The goal is to change motorist and pedestrian behavior and reduce pedestrian and bicyclist deaths and injuries.
