Police investigate death of infant
MANISTEE -- Michigan State Police troopers are investigating the death of an infant. A mother found her infant, who was less than a month old, unresponsive Sunday morning in Kaleva, a Manistee County village. Doctors at West Shore Medical Center pronounced the infant dead shortly after he arrived on an ambulance. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
