Psychic Fair

TRAVERSE CITY — A Winter Wonder Psychic Fair will take place Saturday, March 9, at Higher Self Book Store.

International Expo

TRAVERSE CITY — Traverse City Area Public Schools and Northwestern Michigan College will host the “Go Global” International Fair and Expo.

The event will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at NMC’s Hagerty Center, 715 E. Front St. Exhibitors may include clubs, school programs, college and community exchange groups and other groups that provide global learning opportunities and international programs. Admission is free and the public is invited.

Benefit dinner

TRAVERSE CITY — A benefit dinner will be held Sunday, March 10, for William Vyverberg, who is undergoing ongoing treatment for a brain tumor.

The spaghetti dinner will be served from noon to 6 p.m. at the American Legion, 1231 Hastings St. The meal is $5 per person. There also will be a bake sale, silent auction and 50/50 raffle. Proceeds will go toward ongoing medical and travel expenses for Vyverberg and his family.

Pancake breakfast

FIFE LAKE — The Fife Lake American Legion Post 219 will hold a pancake breakfast on Sunday, March 10.

The buffet-style meal with made-to-order eggs will be served from 8 a.m. to noon at the post home, 10283 M-186. The cost is $6.50 for adults, $4 for children and free for World War II veterans.

Senior luncheon

INTERLOCHEN — Redeemer Lutheran Church’s senior luncheon will be held Monday, March 11. Reservations are due by 10 a.m. Friday, March 8.

Lunch will be served at noon at the church, U.S. 31 and Rogers Road. Games and fellowship will follow. The meal is $3 per person. Activities are free and sack lunches are welcome.
