R-E joins Kickstart campaign

TRAVERSE CITY — The Traverse City Record-Eagle is joining college students and human resources leaders to help job seekers obtain professional clothing suitable for interviews.

The newspaper is one of four sites that will collect donated used or new professional attire. The clothing will be given to job seekers at the Career Kickstart event on April 11 at Northwestern Michigan College’s Welcome Center on NMC’s Main campus.

A donation bin is set up in the newspaper office’s front entryway at 120 W. Front St.
