TRAVERSE CITY — A major publisher of coupons in the United States and Canada is launching a new media group specializing in planning, printing and placing media advertising in newspapers.
SmartSource Media Group is being launched by News America Marketing, a division of News Corporation.
“We are committed to providing best-in-class client services with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and reach,” Angela DiLemme, executive vice president of SmartSource Media Group, said in a press release. “The launch…will give our clients a one-stop shop for all their consumer promotion goals.”
SmartSource Media Group will partner with more than 1,700 newspapers across the country, including the Tribune group, Gannett, McClatchy, Lee, Cox and many others.
