• Autumn C. Soltysiak, CFP has joined Sagemark Consulting, a division of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp., as a private wealth advisor. She will provide retirement, estate and business succession planning, and related investment services. Autumn will continue to serve the clients she established during her 10 years with Wells Fargo Advisors, and will accept new clients.

• Shoreline Fruit, LLC, named Corey Geer its Chief Financial Officer. Geer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the areas of accounting, finance, information technology and Shoreline’s continuous improvement initiatives.


• RE/MAX of Michigan recently recognized RE/MAX of Elk Rapids and its Sales Associates for another outstanding year of real estate sales. Broker/Owner, Don Fedrigon Jr., was awarded the very prestigious “Circle of Legends” award based on sales production and length of service with RE/MAX. Fedrigon was ranked second of all RE/MAX of Michigan Realtors for Individuals in Commissions Based on sales production in 2012. He also received the Chairman’s Club award.

Christian Nelson received the 100% Club award, based on his sales production for 2012. Jim Eberle received the Executive Club award, as well as being nominated for the Rookie of the Year award. RE/MAX of Elk Rapids received the “Highest Average Commission” award in a low density market.


• Three Michigan associations of Realtors have launched a new collaborative multiple listings service (MLS) venture to serve as a regional real estate MLS solution. The new entity known as the Northern Great Lakes Realtors MLS is a cooperative partnership between the Central Michigan Association of Realtors, the Northeastern Michigan Board of Realtors, and the Traverse Area Association of Realtors.
