Bugs, Daffy and Elmer coming to Detroit Symphony

DETROIT (AP) — What's up, Maestro?

Bugs Bunny and his pals are coming to Detroit. That's what.

Three performances of a Looney Tunes-themed concert are planned for this weekend at Orchestra Hall.

"Bugs Bunny at the Symphony II" celebrates Looney Tunes and their legendary stars projected on the big screen while their original scores are played live by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

The two shows on Friday and one on Sunday are to be conducted by Erik Ochsner.

They're to spotlight classic pieces such as "What's Opera, Doc," ''The Rabbit of Seville" and "Rhapsody Rabbit."
