TRAVERSE CITY — The Record-Eagle Honor Roll track listings will start this week.
The boys listings will be published Thursday, the girls Saturday. The deadline for submitting information is noon on the day before the listings come out. Email nominations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bullough nominated for bowl game
TRAVERSE CITY — Byron Bullough is one of 400 football players to be nominated for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio next January.
Bullough, who will be a senior at St. Francis in the fall, is listed as a defensive back on the bowl nomination roster. Bullough verbally committed to Michigan State, where his two older brothers now play.
The final rosters will be announced in late fall. The game will be played Jan. 4 at the Alamodome and will be televised on NBC.
Exposure camp Friday at Thirlby
TRAVERSE CITY — The Lake Michigan Football Exposure Camp will be held Friday night at Thirlby Field.
Players will compete in the 40-yard dash, bench press, and pro agility shuttle before moving on to position drills and one-on-ones. The camp starts at 6 p.m..
College coaches from Grand Valley, Ferris State, Saginaw Valley, Wayne State, Hillsdale, Northwood, Concordia, Siena Heights and Adrian College are expected to be on hand.

Former WWE star Goldust to appear
KALKASKA — Former World Wrestling Entertainment star Goldust will headline Battle Ground 5 on May 18 at the Kaliseum in Kalkaska.
The son of Dusty Rhodes, Goldust is a former three-time Intercontinental Champion, a nine-time Hardcore Champion and a World Tag Team Champion.
The all-ages pro wrestling event will feature nearly two-dozen professional wrestlers from Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
Advance tickets for this event are $13 ($17 at the door), and are available at the Kaliseum, The Roadhouse Bar & Grill in Mancelona, J&M’s Country Corners in Mancelona and online at MCPWOnline.com.
Van Wormer, Marble on all-NAHL team
SAULT STE. MARIE — Traverse City native Jared Van Wormer was selected as one of just three forwards on the all-North American Hockey League team released Monday.
Former Traverse City North Stars player Tyler Marble was the goaltender.
Van Wormer just completed his third season in the league and ended up as the league’s leading scorer with 76 points (25 goals, 51 assists) in 60 games. His 51 assists also led the league and his +35 rating ranked seventh. VanWormer has committed to play for Ferris State University.
Marble helped lead the Eagles to the North Division regular season title. In the process, Marble led the NAHL in save percentage at 93.8 percent. He also led the league in saves (1,463) and was tied for third in wins (30). Marble has committed to Colorado College.
