North Stars finish tourney with win

The Traverse City North Stars completed the North American Hockey League Showcase tournament with a 4-2 win over Fairbanks.

The North Stars, who went 3-1 in the tournament, had four different players score -- Phil Wendecker, Jarrod LaBelle, Kyle Bonis, and David Johnstone

It was club's most successful Showcase showing.
