North Flight EMS Air and Ground recently was reaccredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems.

Accreditation means that North Flight meets industry-established criteria for quality patient care and rotor-wing, fixed-wing and ground transports. It involves submitting extensive documentation for its operations to CAMTS, which is followed up by an on-site survey that looks at all aspects of the medical transport service. The accreditation period is for three years.

North Flight operates and maintains one King Air fixed-wing aircraft, one A-Star 350-B2 helicopter and a fleet of ambulances.
