New webinar

EAST LANSING — The North Central Regional Center for Rural Development at Michigan State University has slated another webinar in its Innovations in Agriculture and Rural Development series.

“New Poultry Vaccine Tech: Leadership for Advanced Responses to Animal Disease” will be presented at 12:30 p.m. May 14 by Daral Jackwood, food animal health research professor at Ohio State University. Jackwood will discuss the challenges related to poultry vaccines and present a solution that his new venture, Leadership for Advanced Responses to Animal Diseases, is employing by using virus-like-particle vaccines and diagnostics drawing on molecular technology.
