Submit your photography to our reader photo galleries

After a long hiatus, the Record-Eagle is once again accepting Reader-Submitted photos. And, we've got a slick new photo gallery to house them all. Check it out at record-eagle.com/readerphotos. Photography fans can give a thumbs up or down to any photo, rate photos on a scale of 1-5, and leave comments on photos.

Want to submit your photo(s)? E-mail your photo in .jpg format as an attachment* to readerphotos@record-eagle.com, and be sure to put readerphotos (lowercase, one word) in the subject line. In the body of the e-mail, be sure to include: Your name, your town, and information about your photo (where you took it, when, etc).

Your photo will first be held for moderation and then placed into the appropriate gallery, usually within 24-48 hours.

* Photos must be attached, not embedded into the e-mail. One photo per e-mail, please; plain text e-mails work best. Questions? E-mail webmaster@record-eagle.com
