Trojans sweep regional meet

TRAVERSE CITY — It came down to the final event, but when all was said and done Traverse City Central came away with two regional track championships on Friday.

Both the TC Central boys and girls teams finished in first place at the Division 1 regional track meet held in Traverse City. Katie Moses led the Central girls with wins in the 800-meter run and the 1600. She also ran for the winning 3200-meter relay team.

The Traverse City West boys finished in second place on the day.
