Cadillac at TC Central
RECORDS: Cadillac is 8-0 overall, 5-0 in the Big North; Central is 5-3 overall, 3-2 in the Big North
WHEN: Friday at 5 p.m. at Thirlby Field
First of two games at Thirlby Field, hence the early start. Big night for both teams. Cadillac needs a win to cap a perfect regular season — its first since 2000 — and clinch the Big North title outright. Central has won two in a row to stay in the hunt for a playoff berth. The Trojans would automatically qualify with a win. Vikings quarterback Jalen Brooks has had a dominating senior season and he'll be the focal point tonight.
Allendale at TC West
RECORDS: Allendale is 6-1 overall, West is 5-3
WHEN: Friday at 8 p.m. at Thirlby Field
Allendale is already in the playoffs, West needs a triumph to guarantee its spot. The Falcons lone setback is to OK Blue rival Comstock Park 27-25. West also fell to Comstock Park 24-16. Allendale and West have opportunities to share conference tittles. Allendale needs 5-3 Sparta to win at home against Comstock Park while the Titans will be pulling for 5-3 TC Central against Cadillac.
St. Francis at Muskegon Catholic
RECORDS: St. Francis is 5-3, Muskegon Catholic is 6-2
WHEN: Friday at 7 at Muskegon Catholic
The last regular season game as an independent for St. Francis, which rejoins a league for 2014. The Gladiators are coming a huge win Saturday over previously unbeaten Glen Lake that might be enough to put the Gladiators in the playoffs, regardless of this outcome. A win, though, would secure that spot. St. Francis has played the toughest schedule in the north — New Lothrop (8-0); Boyne City, Grayling, Saginaw Nouvel and Glen Lake (all 7-1), Elk Rapids (5-3) and now Muskegon Catholic (6-2).
Boyne City at Grayling
RECORDS: Boyne City is 7-1 overall, 5-0 in the Lake Michigan; Grayling is 7-1 overall, 5-0 in the Lake Michigan
