Benzie Central and Kingsley came away with Division 3 track and field championships Saturday at Benzie Central.
Led by Michaela Carnegie, Benzie won the girls regional with a team score of 120.5. The Huskies were followed by Gladwin (89), Kingsley (78.5) and Charlevoix (61).
Kingsley captured the boys meet with 143.5 points. Harbor Springs was second (92). Benzie (80) edged Charlevoix (79.5) and Gladwin (79) for third.
In the girls meet, Carnegie claimed the 400 (1:01.09), 800 (2:27.66) and was on the winning 1600-meter relay (4:15.33) with Taylor Witchner, Mikayla Lonn and Corrie Noah.
Benzie Central also received wins from Devyn Ramsay in the 3200 (11:21.95) and Lisa Ahrens in the long jump (15'71/2").
Other regional running champions included Harbor Springs in the 3200 meter relay (Nicole Love, Katie Hoffman, Caitlin Reeves and Jessica Hall in 10:06.24); East Jordan's Ashley Skrocki in the 100 hurdles (16.24) and 300 hurdles (48.98); Grayling's Hailey McMahon in the 100 (13.45), Grayling in the 800 relay (Jamie Hagerman, Brianna Kirk, Rachel Ward and Hailey Mcmahon in 1:49.86); Elk Rapids' Amanda Hammer in the 1600 (5:21.76); Gladwin in the 400 relay (Kaylynn Dimond, Meredith Rosin, Elizabeth Willford and Caitlin Fitzpatrick in 52.47); and Boyne City's Natasha Bell in the 200 (26.82).
In the field events, winners included Roscommon's Megan Barber in the high jump (4'11"), Gladwin's Elizabeth Willford in the pole vault (10'7"), Kingsley's Ashley Graves in the discus (115'9") and Gladwin's Laura Lindsey in the shot put (37'91/2").
In the boys meet, Kingsley was sparked by JJ Sanchez, who took the 110 high hurdles (16.02) and 300 intermediates (41.86). Teammate Jordan Prahl took the pole vault (13'). Kingsley also won the 1600 relay (Dave Zaleski, Sanchez, Nolan Stiner and Tom Sedlacek in 3:31.12) and 800 relay (Sanchez, Nate Ensman, Maurice Sims, Zaleski in 1:33.95).
Other winners included Gladwin's Jamie Hall in the 100 (11.42), Grayling's Isaac VanNuck in the 200 (23.05), Benzie Central's Nick Radionoff in the 400 (53.58), Harbor Springs' Trey Graham in the 800 (2:01.49), Suttons Bay's Ben Wynsma in the 1600 (4:30.64), Harbor Springs' Tec Adams in the 3200 (9:55.98), Harbor Springs' Ray Foster in the shot put (47'5.5") and discus (1347'4"), Hall in the high jump (6'2") and Houghton Lake's Jake Cooley in the long jump (19'8").
Benzie captured the 3200 relay (AJ Patterson, Radionoff, Morgan Gomez and Scott McKeel in 8:12.50) while Gladwin took the 400 relay (Ian Applebaum, Nate Balicarak, Hall and Andrew Smith in 45.15).

Results from the Division 4 regionals at Frankfort and Bellaire came in after deadline.
