Private First Class Elijah Weber, formerly of Maple City, recently completed basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. Weber will be stationed at 29 Palms, Calif., to continue his training as a Data Network Specialist. He is the son of William Weber, of Discovery Bay, Calif., and a 2010 graduate of Roscommon High School.
