EnviroSolutions over Grand Traverse Title

Nick Keller struck out 17 in seven innings en route to a no hitter as EnviroSolutions defeated Grand Traverse Title 7-0 in American Legion A League baseball action. Joe Prokes led the EnviroSolutions offense with two home runs and four RBIs. Nick Keller and Gabe Couturier added two hits each, followed by key hits from Brad Keller, Thomas Hazelwood, Robert Engle and Garrett Martek. Michael Kapcia made several key defensive plays to help maintain the no hitter.

EnviroSolutions tops Elk Rapids

EnviroSolutions exploded for 17 runs in six innings to defeat Elk Rapids 17-6 in American Legion A League baseball action. Nick Keller, Brad Keller and Joe Prokes combined for seven hits, nine runs and nine RBIs for EnviroSolutions including a three-run home run by Prokes -- his fourth in the last three games. Rounding out the EnviroSolutions offensive effort was Garrett Martek, Michael Kapcia, Andrew Bruning and Robert Engle. Gabe Couturier and Joe Prokes pitched the first four innings and Brad Keller the last two to pick up the save for Envirosolutions.
