Tax-free traffic calming

Kudos to whomever came up with the tax-free idea for traffic calming in the streets of Traverse City. No expensive speed bumps, no “roundabouts,” no additional fees for “Caution Children Playing” signs, no expensive study, just a simple tax-free fix … potholes.

I can attest to vehicles cruising now the speed of a snail through the downtown streets exercising extreme caution as they maneuver these natural-made craters … potholes. The new generation of traffic calming ... coming soon to a street near you.

Endorsing scientists?

Since the sheep have received their marching orders to condone wolf hunts and give all decision-making and management to the scientists, then I look forward to their letters endorsing the scientists’ solutions to climate change.
