Church rejected God

Congratulations to the Rev. David Walls for taking a stand. Even though the behaviors stated in the article are not my business, we commend his biblical stand and stepping down because of his refusal to allow a Muslim mosque leader to perform during a Veterans Day concert.

Shame on his church for coming against him on this matter. It is probably good for him to go as it seems they are satisfied with a “watered down gospel.” And the ones that agreed with him on this controversy should go with him.

A church is to support their pastor. Remember, pastor, they have not rejected you, they have rejected God.

There is no collusion

Recently I was at a local gas station getting a coffee and the lady behind the counter was on the phone. She hung up and apologized for taking so long. She said that it was her boss and that if I needed gas, that I should get it soon, because the price was going up at some point that day. I asked her when and how much and she said she was “waiting” for the gas station across the street and it would “match” their price.

The next time gas stations blame oil prices, refinery shutdowns, or hurricanes, just take a look across the street and tell yourself their is no collusion.
