Renewable resource
I stay in Arizona for the winter and am glad to drink some nice Michigan bottled water. Thanks to the folks at Nestle.
I was going to sell my property in Michigan and stay in Arizona, but I think that I shall keep it so I can be entitled to some of the renewable resource. I think that I shall tell all the retirees to move to Michigan, and everyone else. Let's just all move to the drinking well. If the water is so good, why fill the filter with Canadian garbage. Like they can't dig a big hole.
If you want cheap gas, move to Saudi Arabia. This is a nonrenewable resource but Michigan people have no problem using it. Michigan uses everyone else's renewable (food) and nonrenewable resources. Shall we stop sending to Michigan? Michigan water is a renewable resource and should be sold as oil is.
Michigan can tax it to help keep the large and expensive government going: state, Senate and House, county and township.

More poop in a sack
I'm not voting this time -- the first time since the 1976 election. I won't be swept away. Obama is clueless. Clinton, who does have a clue, is out, and do we want to watch Bubba's drama for four more years? Nope! Not me!
McCain? More Bush compost! War, stubborn, war, oil, out of touch with the American masses.
Actually, I just talked myself into ... not voting again. Some will say, "Don't let me hear you complain." Well, OK, but they had better not either, when no matter what 'ya get, it's still 10 pounds of poop in a five pound sack.

Frustrated, irate citizens
We need help.
Despite the protests of the vast majority of the residents affected, Central Lake Township in Antrim County is going to kill more than 300 trees in order to pave Alberta, Terrace and Lake streets -- 0.3 miles maximum, total.
Is this government of, by and for the people? No environmental impact study has been done but we suspect the impact to be unfavorable and we want to keep our nice country roads and beautiful trees as they are. Can anyone help frustrated and irate citizens?
Why is government in this case spending precious tax dollars on something the affected taxpayers do not need or want? We have voiced our desires to the township, which does not respond, and voted to proceed with the paving.
