---- — MORTON, Ill. — Ezra William Zingg, infant son of Michael and Emily Westman Zingg, was born into Jesus’ arms at 4:24 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Also surviving are his brother Landon Michael at home in Morton; maternal grandparents, Mark (Mary) Westman of Morton; paternal grandfather, Mike (Marilyn) Zingg of Kalkaska, Mich. and paternal grandmother Jeannie Zingg of Traverse City; maternal great-grandmother Elsie Westman of Havana and paternal great-grandmother Elsie Wells of Traverse City, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to acknowledge that Ezra’s gift of hope is being used to save four more children’s lives. He will be dearly missed.
There will be a visitation for Ezra from 5 to 7 p.m., on Monday July 8, 2013, at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria. There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m., on Tuesday July 9, 2013, at Laurel Hills Cemetery in Havana. Pastor Ryan Edgecombe will officiate.
