LECANTO, Fla. — Howard Fuller of Citrus Springs, Fla., passed away on April 16, 2014, at HPH Hospice in Lecanto, Fla. Howard was born on March 11, 1936, to Howard Bertram Fuller and Alice Elizabeth Swartz in Aurelius, Mich.
He raised his family in Suttons Bay and worked at the Traverse City Iron Works prior to moving to Ancorage, Alaska. While in Alaska, he obtained his pilot’s license and loved flying. He then moved to Kentucky and then to Florida. Howard worked as a millwright and was a member of the Teamster Union.
He an avid animal lover and raised miniature horses.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents; children, Timothy Louis Fuller and Vicky Kaye Fuller; and his granddaughter, Brandy Elizabeth Fuller.
He is survived by his siblings, Marilyn Courtade, Richard Fuller, William Fuller, Elizabeth Neff, Lawrence Fuller and Barbara Rasmussen; his grandchildren, Shawn Fuller, Mandy (Matthew) Mcintyre, Jamie Fuller and Brook Fuller; and his great-grandchildren, Ava and Lauren Mcintyre.
