LEESBURG, Fla. — Janice Clenney Schaub, 66, of Leesburg, Fla., died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013. Born in Columbus, Ga., she moved from Interlochen to Leesburg in 2004.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, setting aside her wants and needs to help others.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond L. Schaub Sr., of Leesburg, Fla.; daughter, Jessica D. Schaub, of Cadillac; two sons, Raymond (Reka) Schaub Jr., of Winter Park, Fla., and Patrick J. (Laura) Schaub, of Interlochen; brother, Ronald (Sandy) Clenney, of Ocala, Fla.; sister, Judy (Jim) Grohman, of Smiths Station, Ala.; grandchildren, Mark Schaub, Carolanne Bowley, Steven Schaub, Shannon Schaub, Randy Wilson Jr. and Carly Wilson; great-grandchild, Holden Bowley; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Randall Clenney; and daughter, Harriette.
A memorial service will be held from 12 to 1 p.m., on Sunday, May 18, 2014, at Golden Fellowship Hall, 9700 Riley Road, Interlochen, with a luncheon to follow from 1 to 6 p.m. Interment will be at 3 p.m., May 21, 2014, in Oakwood Catholic Cemetery in Traverse City.
