Tom Blacklock

WINONA, Minn. — Tom Blacklock died on Sunday, June 8, on a small lake in northeastern Wisconsin of an acute pulmonary edema while learning how to wakeboard with some dear friends.

Tom was born on Feb. 12, 1991, in Winona, Minn. His birth brought great joy to his parents and extended family.

Tom lived his life to the fullest. He touched a countless number of lives during his 23 years on earth. He loved his friends and family with a depth that we are just now beginning to fully appreciate.

Tom’s adventuresome spirit took him to Pretoria, South Africa, during his Loras years, to study abroad. He loved to travel and was always willing to go places even at the drop of a hat. Besides enjoying playing Frisbee golf, he also enjoyed the time he spent with friends and family.

His work ethic and determination coupled with a giving spirit and warm heart will be some of the things that Tom will be remembered for.
