BELLAIRE — Phyllis Ann Turner, 81, of Bellaire, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. She was born Sept. 14, 1931, in Bellaire, the daughter of Floyd and Lucille (Olds) Gregory.
Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. She also enjoyed square dancing and clogging. Together with her husband, Ralph, to whom she was married on Oct. 10, 1951, she traveled all over the world enjoying those dances. They retired to Bellaire in 1989 after 33 years of living and working in Davison.
Surviving are her husband of 61 years; her children, Gary (Tomilu Nielson) Turner, of Grand Blanc, and Luanne (James) Most, of Bellaire; siblings, LeRoy (Sharon Nichols) Gregory, Arden (Mary) Gregory, Gwen (Claude) St. Cyr, Marilyn White, Donna (Fred) Galster and Retha (Russ) Smith; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Emogene and Rhea.
