TRAVERSE CITY — Bob Hull, 71, of Traverse City passed away unexpectedly at his home on Dec. 31, 2013.
Bob was born on June 22, 1942, in Frankfort, to the late Fred and Mary (Parker) Hull.
On Nov. 23, 1963, Bob married Deanna Newberry in Arcadia. Together they celebrated 50 years of marriage, thanks to their good humor and strong faith.
Bob was honorably discharged after serving his country as a member of the United States Army from August, 1966 to October, 1969.
Bob was an electronics technician and retired in 2008. In his spare time he enjoyed tinkering and collecting things. He also enjoyed attending West Side Community Church.
Bob is survived by his wife, Dee; son, Kirk (Karmon); daughter, Heather (Mark); grandchildren, Stephanie, Brett, Aaron, Mary, Abbey, Jacob, and Molly; great-granddaughter, Sophia; sisters, Tana Blahut and Janna (John) Hirvela and beloved best friend, his golden lab Mika.
A celebration of Bob’s life will take place at 11 a.m., on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 at West Side Community Church.
