North Stars win in shootout

FROM STAFF REPORTS

WYANDOTTE -- Traverse City's Eric McLintock had the game-winner in a 5-4 shootout win over Motor City Saturday.

The North Stars (5-2) had goals from Sean Burke, Garrett Thompson and Phil Wendecker.

TC has its home opener today against Wenatchee at 7 p.m.
