Stars offer playoff ticket discounts

TRAVERSE CITY -- By donating a non-perishable food item to the Father Fred Foundation, Traverse City North Stars fans can get $2 off a North Stars general admission ticket during the duration of the NAHL playoffs.

The Stars take on Mahoning Valley in the first round of the postseason, with home dates at Centre ICE arena on April 9 and 10. Two dollars from each ticket sold to fans without a food item will be donated to the Father Fred Food Pantry, and the offer stands for as long as the team chases the Robertson Cup.
