North Stars trade with Wichita Falls

TRAVERSE CITY -- The Traverse City North Stars traded forward Ryan Amin to Wichita Falls Tuesday for winger Tim Opie.

Opie -- a 5-foot-9, 160-pound player from Troy -- has four goals and an assist in 24 games with the Wildcats this season.

Amin struggled to find ice time with the North Stars, appearing in 13 games this year with three assists.
