Crisis counselor volunteers

TRAVERSE CITY — Third Level Crisis Center is looking for volunteers and interns who want to make a difference in the community by joining its crisis counseling team.

Minimum qualifications for these positions are: be at least 18 year of age, commit to 150 hours of service, pass criminal background checks and have adequate computer experience.

Free training provided, beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 2. Forty hours total training is required.
