Chase Bank building sold

TRAVERSE CITY - A high-profile commercial property on East Front Street has been sold to a local development company.

Miller/Snowden Development purchased the four-story commercial space at 250 E. Front St., informally known as the Chase Bank building. Chase Bank rents space there, as does the National Cherry Festival.

Adam Miller, a partner in Miller/Snowden Development Group, said the purchase closed a week ago. The development group is a partnership between Miller Investment Company and developer Jerry Snowden.

“There are great tenants in the building and we would like to keep them,” Miller said. “They want to have a landlord investing in the property they are renting.”
