MANCELONA — A Central Lake man is accused of criminal sexual conduct against a cognitively impaired teenager.
Jeremy Bodley, 42, is charged in Antrim County with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and as a habitual offender for allegations stemming from a Michigan State Police investigation.
The victim, 16, told a Child Protective Services worker she and Bodley had sex in October 2012 in Mancelona, court records show.
Bodley's criminal record includes breaking and entering, attempting to resist a police officer and attempted larceny in a building, court documents state.
He remains lodged in Antrim County's jail on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.
