Meth manufacturer sentenced to 20 years

---- — BELLAIRE — An Antrim County man received a 20-year sentence for maintaining a meth lab.

Dennis Milton Short, 37, was sentenced Monday in 13th Circuit Court. He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to maintain a meth lab and one of count of possession of methamphetamine.

Investigators found Short to be the leader among Antrim County methamphetamine manufacturers. One of them, Richard Earl Brown, is scheduled for sentencing on Thursday.
