Meeting to feature renewable energy expert

SUTTONS BAY -- A renewable energy expert will speak at a local League of Women Voters meeting.

Steve Smiley, owner of Bay Energy Services in Suttons Bay, will talk about the politics and possibilities of renewable energy at today's meeting of the Leelanau Unit of the League of Women Voters Grand Traverse Area.

The public is welcome to attend the presentation, held at 12 p.m. today in the lower-level meeting room of the new Government Center off M-204 in Suttons Bay.
