October 01, 2008 12:00 am TRAVERSE CITY -- A Traverse City man faces a criminal sex charge. Nicholas James Simone, 20, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion. A preliminary examination is set for Oct. 13. A woman told police she went for a drive with Simone in July, court records show. The woman told police Simone allegedly sexually assaulted her as they were stopped in a park near Interlochen.
