Missaukee woman hospitalized in crash

LAKE CITY -- A Missaukee County woman was airlifted to Munson Medical Center after she drove through a ditch and rolled her vehicle several times.

The Missaukee County Sheriff's office said Lora Beth Yuresko, 26, of Lake City travelled at a high rate of speed and went through a stop sign at the intersection of M-66 and M-55. Yuresko apparently swerved to avoid a collision with another car before losing control and leaving the road shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday, officials said.

The crash remains under investigation.
