TRAVERSE CITY -- Possible bus fare increases are on the schedule for the Bay Area Transportation Authority board of directors meeting. The board's finance committee is recommending a 50 percent fare increase and simpler punch pass program. The meeting is at 12 p.m. today at the Traverse Area District Library, 610 Woodmere Ave.
