3rd drunken driving arrest for man

BELLAIRE -- A Mancelona man faces charges for a third drunken driving arrest.

William Joseph Caruso Jr., 35, was arrested May 3 on U.S. 131 in Antrim County's Mancelona Township for felony third-offense operating under the influence.

Caruso was arraigned Thursday in 86th District Court in Bellaire and is set for a pre-trial hearing on May 26, court officials said.

Caruso's driving record includes drunken driving convictions in August 1999 and November 2007, according to Michigan Secretary of State records.
