Technology in China, India topic of forum

TRAVERSE CITY An international affairs forum at Northwestern Michigan College will focus on the rise of technology in China and India.

Economist, author and former diplomat Ernest H. Preeg will discuss the development of the export-oriented technology industry at the Milliken Auditorium May 15.
