TRAVERSE CITY -- A health care provider who allegedly stole and used an East Bay Township couple's credit card faces charges.

Kristina Lynn Farley, 25, of Harrietta, is charged with larceny in a building and using a financial transaction device without consent. She hadn't been arrested Wednesday morning.

A couple told police their credit card had been taken and used without their permission. A Grand Traverse sheriff's deputy, during an investigation, obtained pictures of Farley allegedly using the credit card at various locations. The deputy also obtained documents of the card's use, court records show.

Farley worked for the couple as a health care provider and had access to their residence, according to records.
