Leah Ferguson, 18, of Traverse City has struggled finding summer employment as a result of increased competition in the labor force during the tight economy. The Traverse City Central graduate, who currently has a part-time job working one day a week at Mustard-s, will attend MSU in the fall and was hoping to work almost full-time so she could have money for college.
