Students in the Traverse Area Intermediate School District's Benzie Building Trades Southwest program have spent the school year building this house on Beech Street in Frankfort. The program will host an open house Sunday in the 1492-square-foot house, which was built for the Benzie Housing Council, who will put the house up for sale. Students worked on or helped with every aspect of the house's construction.
