Brad Boughner, 17, makes the finishing touches on the Frankfort house Traverse Area Intermediate School District's Benzie Building Trades Southwest program has spent the school year building. The program will host an open house Sunday in the 1492-square-foot home on Beech Street, which was built for the Benzie Housing Council, who will put the house up for sale. Students worked on or helped with every aspect of the house's construction.
